Pokemon Robot (as of 24/11/13)

So it's still not done but, as promised, I'll be uploading the progress every Sunday. I have a period where I'm not getting any homework because I'm meant to be revising for my mocks instead (and I will be doing that, it just doesn't take as long as normal homework does), so I'll be able to work on this much more. I think the fact that I haven't given up on this at all shows something, so I'm now really confident for making webcomics and whatnot after this because I know that I can be committed to seriously large projects over long periods of time. Either way, let me know what you think so far and uh... I pretty much only have to finish the "Pokemon" on the back of the body and do the Eevee on the arm, then it'll be done! Oh, and Vaporeon's frill, too. Woop!

Pokemon Robot (Unfinished)

Another week gone, and it's still not finished. I apologise, doing GCSE's and finding time to draw at the same time is pretty darn difficult. As you can see, I've done all of Mew except for his tail (only his head was done the first time I uploaded this) and I've made a start on Flareon in the top right there.
I'll be sure to keep updating you guys on progress every weekend, and who knows? Maybe it'll be done one of these days.

Pokemon Robot So Far...

So I'm incredibly sorry I haven't finished this yet. I know I promised you guys it would be done by this weekend just gone, but I got a buttload of homework on Friday and didn't have enough time to finish it. Because I feel so bad about not finishing it I'll upload the unfinished product early to wet your guys appetite, then I'll upload both the finally finished template and photos of the actual built cardboard robot sometime soon. Thanks so much again for your ongoing patience, I love you guys!
So, onto the actual drawing. I've coloured this pencil sketch in on the computer using my Wacom Bamboo tablet (which I haven't used in such a very long time, as you may have been able to tell from the utter lack of computer generated drawings I've been uploading), and I'm so. Damn. Proud of it! None of the Pokemon are traced, copied and pasted, or pre-rendered, they are all copied FROM LIFE. By that I mean I looked at pictures of each one and drew them myself. Why didn't I just copy and paste them? I hear you ask. Well, I really wanted something that I'd spent a lot of time on and that I knew was mine, completely done by me. My thoughts on this so far? It's going to be bloody brilliant.
